How does bidding work?
Enter the maximum you're willing to pay. We bid the minimum needed to keep you in front, never more than your maximum. If someone outbids your maximum, we'll email you straight away. Bids in the final 2 minutes extend the auction, so sniping doesn't win.
When does the seller get my money?
Only after you have your item. Payment is held securely and released when you confirm receipt, when you hand over your collection code, or automatically 7 days after dispatch if nothing is reported. Full details on the buyer protection page.
What does selling cost?
Nothing to list. 10% of the final sale (including postage) when it sells — see fees.
How do I get paid as a seller?
When you create your first listing you'll connect a bank account through Stripe, our payment provider. After each sale completes, your money (minus the 10% fee) is sent automatically — no invoicing, no waiting on the buyer.
Something's wrong with my order — what do I do?
Open a report from your purchases before the release date. That freezes the payment immediately. The seller gets 48 hours to sort it, then our team steps in.
Can I sell as a business?
Yes — choose 'Business / trade' when you first list. Trade sellers get a badge, and consumer rights (including 14-day returns) apply to their sales, which the site handles automatically.
Why can't I pay the seller directly?
Because that's how people get scammed. On-platform payment is what makes the money-held-until-delivery protection possible — for both sides. Anyone asking you to pay by bank transfer is breaking the rules; please report them.
